Peruvian pantry, Japanese hands. Menus change with the boats and the season — this is how the room eats right now.
The robata is a Japanese charcoal hearth — slow fireside grilling over binchotan that dates back centuries to the fishermen of northern Japan. Our kitchen brings Peruvian ingredients to that fire. We're so excited for you to taste what happens when Lima meets the coals.
Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Inform your server of any food allergies before placing your order. While we take precautions to minimize risk, cross-contamination may occur in our kitchen.
